 I was going to celebrate my 10th birthday with my friends at a Ninja Warrior gym, but then quarantine came.  I felt sad and thought I would have a boring, lonely birthday because I couldn’t be with my friends. Soon my birthday came. I was having a birthday car parade! When it was finally time for the car parade I went outside. I saw my friends’ cars lined up. They were honking their horns and driving on my street past my house. My face had a huge smile. The neighbors came out too! There was cheering, clapping, birthday signs, balloons, cards, and gifts. My family was there and my grandma took a video of the whole parade. It was much more fun, exciting, and special than I had expected. I will always remember how awesome my 10th birthday was during the COVID 19 pandemic.
